Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs
- Integrate Internet, social media, and professional networking in recruitment strategies
- Support social media and advertisement campaigns (via e.g. own LinkedIn account)
- Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration, and add value for our customers
- Actively contact participants to take part in a data collection project
- This applies to both existing Taskers and those not yet signed up
- Personalized reach out
- Support ops team with recruiting, and close monitoring of needs based on project requirements
- Communicate with Project Management on recruitment progress and ongoing initiatives to reach recruitment goals
- Come up with creative ways of approaching communities that are important to our diversity requirements
- Review and evaluate candidate profiles to determine suitability for the study
- Guide selected participants through the TaskVerse onboarding process and signing of NDA and waiver
- Maximize sourcing through networking like LinkedIn, and reaching out to local agencies
- Answer initial questions on TaskUs and the projects we offer (e.g. in the Zoom chatroom)
- Provide guidance to the Project Management team- be the eyes on the ground in local markets
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- People skills, positive, friendly
- Organized, able to work independently, eye for detail
- Experience in customer service, reception, and administration tasks
- Comfortable calling and speaking on the phone
Day-to-day tasks:
- Post ads on social media platforms frequently (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Do manual reach daily to different groups/communities of freelancers, translators, and gig-workers (mostly through free channels)
- Send and track emails of all potential participants to increase conversion - (interested participants to registration/participation)
- Promote referrals from participants who are in daily conversation
- Share the frequently raised questions or concerns to Ops team, so a change in process or instructions is implemented based on the pulse
- Need to respond to multiple emails / manage a common mailbox on a daily basis
