The Test Manager position is responsible for the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient testing to projects and programmes within the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of testing to agreed standards
  • Establish, build, and maintain effective and positive working relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Foster and develop a resilient and agile team culture.

Your Strengths:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering testing across technical and business transformation projects
  • A curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • An agile mindset and an ability to work in evolving environments
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate with ease at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
