Know how to use and operate test machines proficiently in the Lab
Make report test daily, and kept grade on monthly KPI: Success rate; Main failure; Root cause
Collect, analyze, synthesize and send test results
Setting standards for the Lab Establish regulations on inspection procedures/standards

Yêu cầu công việc:
Educational level: College or universitygraduation in technical (chemical is preferred)/footwear field
Experience:
Have at least 4 year experience in Textile/Footwear is preferred
Ability to read/understand test/test methods
Knowledge, skills, attitudes
Good communication English for all 04 skills
Faithfulness, carefulness, hardworking, teamwork spirit.
Have testing certification CTT
Audit test; Laboratory and tester need to be certified with a specific testing method by a third party
Ability to work independently and team work
Attention to detail
Analytical skills
